Abstract

Pengelolaan teknologi informasi, terutama melalui website, menjadi penting dalam memperkuat keberdayaan usaha dan pelayanan di sektor pendidikan tinggi. Artikel ini mengulas strategi implementasi pengelolaan website efektif di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Administrasi (STIA) Al Gazali Barru sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetitivitas dan kualitas layanan institusi. Evaluasi mendalam terhadap usability dan konten website dilakukan, disertai dengan pelatihan internal bagi mahasiswa dalam pengembangan konten. Dampaknya terlihat dari peningkatan akses informasi, navigasi yang intuitif, serta minat yang meningkat dari masyarakat terhadap program institusi. Implikasi artikel ini menegaskan bahwa pengelolaan website bukan hanya sebagai alat tambahan, melainkan inti dari transformasi digital dalam pendidikan tinggi, dengan rekomendasi untuk komitmen berkelanjutan dalam pengembangan teknologi dan integrasi strategi pemasaran institusi.
